It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Mary Jane Landreau, age 76, of Box Springs, GA. Jane passed peacefully in her home on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 surrounded by her family.
Jane was a remarkable woman with a heart for giving and helping others. Jane was born on July 2nd, 1948 to Ivison and Ophelia Catrett. She graduated from Baker High School in 1966. She retired from the Department of Family Children Services after 30 years of service. She was an avid coffee drinker and loved a good thrift store. Jane was a force of nature who guided and loved her family and friends. She will be deeply missed always.
Jane is survived by her soulmate of 56 years Ralph Landreau, her children Christopher Landreau and his wife Jackie and Lisa Williams and her husband Douglas, grandchildren Samantha Bannister (Tyler), Brandon Landreau (Candace), Savannah Parker (Evan), and Chelsea Landreau. Great-grandchild Maddox Bannister and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her sister Emily Joyce Golden (Steve). She is preceded in death by her parents Ivison and Ophelia Catrett, and her siblings Wayne Catrett, Steve Catrett, and Glenda Sue Wilmer.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2025 11:00 AM at The Catrett Family Cemetery.

I had the honor of knowing Jane and working with her at DFCS. Such a wonderful person! Can´t think of her without seeing her smile . My condolences to her family .
