Mary F. Linner

Mary Francis Linner, 87, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025.

Mary was born in 1938 to Frances and Rosario Perri in Mishawaka, Indiana. After graduating from Mishawaka High School, she met her husband and love of her life Frank Robert Linner Sr. who preceded her in death. Mary is survived by a daughter, Kathy (Craig) Ray, two sons Frank (Dana) Linner Jr. and Richard (Patricia) Linner. She is also survived by a sister Margaret Catanzarite, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Mary devoted her life to her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose warmth and generosity touched everyone she met.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures, and her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. Mary especially loved entertaining, welcoming everyone into her home and sharing meals together. Her spaghetti and meatballs were a family favorite and a cherished tradition, bringing people together around her table.

To those who knew her, Mary was caring and compassionate, always putting the needs of others before her own. She was a devoted Catholic, and her faith was a guiding presence throughout her life.

Her love and presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered. We take comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with her beloved husband, and resting in the eternal embrace of God.

Funeral services for Mary will be on Saturday, January 10th at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul's Catholic Church in Elkhart, IN with an hour visitation prior to the mass. Mary will be laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka, IN.
