Mary Lopez Obituary
She was born on October 20, 1944 in Erie, PA to the late Samuel and Lucille (Triana) Maloof.
Mary graduated North East High School and worked at the AC Club in North East for over 35 years until retirement.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren and reading.
Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Lopez Drennan; sister, Linda Byerly; brother, Charles Maloof; and nephew, Noah Byerly.
She is survived by her close friend, Valentine; daughters, Rosa Kennedy and Barbara Lopez; sisters, Debbie Quant and Diane Appleton (Mark); brother, Frank Maloof (Valrie); Godchild, Nichole Ortiz; grandchildren, Brandon (April), Jason (Courtney), Amanda (Steven), Whitney (Eddie), Ronald, Carrie, Roni Lynn, Justin, Katie; many great and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Friday February 27th from 3:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. and are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service is Fr. Thomas Brooks. Interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Northwestern Kidney Foundation, 2501 West 12th Street Suite 632, Erie, PA 16505. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com.
