He was born on January 14, 1972 in Erie, PA to the late Robert J. and Sandra Lee Richter.
Todd graduated North East High School and proudly served in the United States Navy as a Seabee.
He was a government contractor for the United States Special Operations Command
Todd's passion was loving the lord and spreading the good News, Hunting, Fishing and living in GODs country.
He is survived by his sons; Kiyle Todd Richter and Mathew Richter; daughter, Heather Richter; sisters, Carrie Pollard, and Kristy Richter; and grandchildren, Camryn Richter, Chloe Wegemer, Autumn Wegemer, Benson Richter, and Elijah Richter.
Friends and family may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday March 1st from 3:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. and are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery with Full Military Honors.

I am so sorry to hear about Todd´s passing. I worked with Todd for many years when he was in Lexington, Ky at Lockheed Martin. Todd has always been so very kind and quick to offer a smile or to help in anyway he could. I saw him last when he was still in Lexington last year. Praying for his children and family to find comfort. All those who had the privilege of knowing Todd will forever carry his kindness in their hearts. My deepest condolences to friends and family.
