Mary Lou Mears (Coot), 69, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away Wednesday, August 10,2022, in Corpus Christi. She was born June 26, 1953 in Lumberton, North Carolina, to the late William Cade and Leola Cade.
Mary loved to dance and BBQ on a regular basis. She was a Jehovah Witness of Sheldon South Carolina Congregation.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father, mother, and brother, William Cade Sr., Leola Cade and Archie Cade.
Mary is survived by her son, Clarence Crawley Jr. (Heather) of Bowling Green Kentucky; son, Charles Crawley Sr. (Gina) of Martinsville Virginia; son, Christopher Crawley (Chantal) of Killeen Texas; daughter, Tammy Cadavona (Efren) of Corpus Christi Texas; daughter Tasha Henderson (Cedric) of Covington Georgia; daughter Terri Stubbs Decatur; daughter Mary Lloyd (Andre) of Corpus Christi Texas; and Myia Mears Des Moines of Iowa; brother, William Cade(Marlene) of Myrtle Beach South Carolina; brother, James Cade (Gloria) of Lumberton North Carolina; sister, Amalean Taylor (Jerome) of Vineland New Jersey; sister Helen Cade of Atlantic City New Jersey; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of grand kids and great grand kids.
Celebration of her Life and Memory will be held at the Cape May County Park on September 17, 2022 from 12pm till 4pm.
