Mary Movrich Obituary
Mary Ellyn Movrich, nee Schendel, age 80 of Brookfield, formerly of LaGrange. On September 12, 2024, Mary shed her earthly pain and made a graceful exit surrounded by the love she nurtured all her life. Mary leaves behind her beloved husband, Wayne Movrich, loving children Jennifer (Boris) Vukovic, Daniel (Liz) Movrich, Maureen Movrich, Jason Movrich, Camilla (Chris) Wise and Patrick Movrich, her cherished grandchildren Amelia, Danielle, Alexandria, Quinn, Mary, Addison, Ella, Joseph and great grandchildren Lucy, Mae, Harrison, William, Berkley, Oaklynn, Harlow and Elodie, dear siblings Denise (Ray) Carney, David (Kaye) Schendel, Katie (Gordon) Schendel, Michael Schendel and the late Jim Schendel and many nieces and nephews. When you merge an incredible love of life, with a kindness that saw no end and the joyful playfulness of a child, you get a beautiful force of nature that is rarely seen in this world. Mary was that force of nature. And with a flower in her hair, she showed everyone that a smile still holds a brightness, a touch still holds a hope and a word can still make the world a better place. And though Mary is no longer with us, a force of nature so strong will live forever in everyone she touched. We’ll pack a sandwich for you!
