Mary I. Sidebottom

Mary I. Sidebottom, age 89, of Versailles, passed away Monday, December 30, 2024, at the Miller County Care Center in Tuscumbia. She was born August 14, 1935, in Kansas City, Missouri, a daughter of the late John Stanley and Cora Ellen (Crowder) Paynter.
On May 26, 2001, she was united in marriage to her surviving husband, Milton Sidebottom.
Mary attended the Versailles First Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed traveling with Milton, embroidery work and making quilts for many family members and friends.
In addition to her husband, Milton, she is survived by her children, Brenda, Janice, Donny and Jeff; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Bobby and Richard and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 3rd, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Versailles Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Versailles First Assembly of God Church.
