Mary Louise "Marylou" Swimm

Mary Louise "Marylou" (Buck) Swimm, age 73. Beloved wife of the late Robert C. Swimm Sr. Passed away Tuesday surrounded by her family at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington.
Marylou was the youngest daughter born on May 21, 1949 to the late Cecil C. and Mary H. (Brandish) Buck. Marylou was born and grew up in Medford, graduating from Medford High School in 1968 before becoming a long time Tewksbury resident.
Marylou was employed as a CNA at Carleton Village in Bedford, and more recently as a cashier at Market Basket in Billerica.
In Marylou's spare time she enjoyed traveling throughout New England. During those trips she enjoyed visiting lighthouses and covered Bridges. She also enjoyed visiting the casinos, and getting together and spending time with her friends and family.
Marylou is survived by a daughter, Ronda Sullivan and her fiancé Scott Dussault of Derry, NH. A son Christopher Swimm of Tewksbury as well as six grandchildren, Jewel, Jade and Daniel Sullivan, Katja Dussault, Dylan and Cody Swimm. Marylou's long time partner Edward Archibald. Marylou was also the mother of the late Robert C. Swimm Jr and the sister of the late Ronnie Buck and Florence (Happy) Robinson.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, December 5, in the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 – 7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 6 at 11a.m. with burial to follow at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica, followed by a Celebration of Life.
