Mary Catherine "Kay" (Mills)
Age 82, of Plum Boro, formerly of Penn Hills, with her children at her side, on Monday, October 10, 2022, following a long and challenging battle with Alzheimer's Disease, she is finally resting in peace in the loving embrace her Lord in Heaven. Beloved wife of over 50 years to the late Robert "Bob" Vizzini; Devoted mother of Robert (Sharon) Vizzini, Mary Catherine Vollero & Sherry (Frank) Szatkowski; Grandmother of Michael Vollero, Naomi, Jason, Jesse (Breanna), Joseph, Jared Vizzini, Frankie, Bobby, Stas & Charlie Szatkowski; Great Grandmother of Charlie and Rylie Vizzini. Also survived by two sisters, three brothers and many nieces and nephews. Over the years, Mary found joy in a variety of ways including listening to country music, dancing, and watching her Pittsburgh sports teams. A deeply faithful woman, Mary Kay dedicated much of life to her family and caring for others. Later in life she blessed and was blessed by so many who cared for her. Friends received, Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9pm, at Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd./ Roth Chapel, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills, where a Service will be held, Friday, 11:00am. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
