Obituary of Mary Josephine Weber
Mary Josephine Weber
10/6/1935 - 11/10/2021
WEBER, Mary Josephine (Jacobs) Springfield, Oregon. Born Oct. 6 1935 in Cloquet, MN to Joseph and Anna Jacobs. Mary overcame age-related dementia and moved on to explore the places her soul has always dreamed about on Nov. 10 2021. She was 86. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 54 years Anton (09) and her eldest son Paul (17). She is survived by four remaining children, Lucy, Tony Jr., MaryAnn & Domenic. Eight Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. One of 10 "POLISH" sisters, she is also survived by seven of them and scores of Grand Dogs.
She graduated from St. Mary Grade School and St. Francis High in Eugene, Oregon.
After marrying Anton in 1955 she became the greatest homemaker of all time. She put the "Grand" in Grandmother. Every day was a holiday especially the Holy Days of Christmas and Easter. Life was delicious and SWEET for those around her. She also excelled at sewing and gardening. The simple belief that every day was a new day and that faith and prayer would prevail, made her a sought after companion for all who knew her. Thus, she was never depressed and seldom angry. She loved everything God put on this earth in nature and wanted to live in it every moment. Water, earth and sky, animals, and a fast car, full of gas, was all she needed.
She never second guessed her faith and her devotion to the Blessed Mother, or the hundreds of Geese that came back every year to have her cater to them.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maryknoll Missions in her memory. Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary. Please access the obituary and you are invited to sign the guestbook at musgroves.com

She was sister number three. She was fun loving and as helpful to me, a young bride of 19, who helped make my first batch of strawberry jam. At the birth of my first child, she was there at my side, reassuring me all would be well. We traveled together, worked together, played together and prayed together. She will be missed at our `sister´ parties. I know she is at peace in God´s presence. I loved her.
