Mary Lee Wright

Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Mrs. Mary Lee Hollingsworth Wright, 90, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 10, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Ron Hollingsworth and Rev. Michael Sims officiating.  Entombment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Monroe, LA.

 

Mrs. Wright was born on April 10, 1933, and passed away at her residence in West Monroe, LA.  She was the caretaker of the family, if anyone was ill or needed childcare she was there.  She was a member of the Home Demonstration Club.  Mrs. Wright loved bowling and showing Tennessee Walker horses.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Truman Ray Wright; her parents, Clarence Amos and Jessie Lee Whitlock Hollingsworth; and her son-in-law, William Arthur Fowler, Jr.

 

Survivors include her children, Gail Fowler and Shane Wright; Grandchildren, Trey Brantley and wife, Helen, Melissa Easterling and husband, Brandon, Jessica Goodrich and husband, Mason, Amy Edds and husband, Ben and Drew Fowler; great grandchildren, Davin Cook, Isabella “Izzy” Brantley, Lucas Truman Brantley, Wyatt Tucker, Shelby Tucker, and Cameron Easterling; sisters, Vera Eady and Olene Parker.

 

Pallbearers will be Mike Eady, Greg Freeland, Butch Jones, Brad Wright, Roy Parker, and Kelly Martin.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Wesley Clark, Robert Van Camp, Robert Whitlock, and Phil Sims.

 

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
