Maryann E. Henson, 83, of Pepperell, MA passed away July 14, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was a caring and compassionate person and a loving grandmother. She worked for New England Business in Townsend for many years before she retired. She loved to do needlepoint and crochet. She was a gardener and loved to order various types of bulbs from Holland. She enjoyed canning, making jams, jellies and pickles.
She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Beers, Kelly Henson, LeeAnn Henson, and Paula Henson; her son-in-law Ken Beers; her grandchildren, Tyler Howe (son of LeeAnn), Kerrie (Beers) Walker (daughter of Vicki) and her husband Jayson Walker; her great-granddaughters Kassidy and Jordynne Walker; her sisters Ellie Conley & Judy Trehey, brothers Robin & David Sirois and Paul Stanley. Maryann is predeceased by her husband, James W. Henson, who passed away in March of 2023, and her brother, Robert R. June.
Relatives and friends will be received by the family on Friday, July 19th from 10 am – 12 noon at the McGaffigan Family Funeral Home, 37 Main Street, Pepperell, MA. Burial will follow at Association Cemetery, Park St., Pepperell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Albert Harris Center, 37 Nashua Rd., Pepperell, MA 01463.
