Matthew Randall Cook (43) left this world, to be with his family and friends that went before him, on October 28th 2024. He leaves behind his Husband Stephen Banz of Glendale, AZ, his Mother Betty Lou Cook of Brodhead, KY; his brother Michael Cook of Wichita Falls, TX. Also, not by blood but who has always been a brother and sister to Matthew are, Michael Hernandez of Peoria, AZ; and Cynthia Lewis of Richmond, KY. He was proceeded in death by his father Earl James Cook; and Duke (his dog) who was part wolf. Matt will always be remembered for having such a big heart, his infectious smile and laugh, his southern accent, and always bringing such joy, excitement and humor anytime he was around someone. Matt's hobby's included traveling the world with his Husband Stephen, and checking off many boxes that were on their bucket list. Some of his favorite places he traveled to were Costa Rica, The Maldives, and the Bahamas. His professional life included being a Plant Manager working for his company for the past 10 years. Matt was born in Hinesville, Georgia on June 15th 1981 at 09:30am. He will be cremated, and services being held at his home, and two celebrations of life will be scheduled later. One will be in Glendale and another will be in Richmond, KY.
