My thoughts and prayers go out to all Matt's friends and family. He will be missed, may he rest in piece.
Here are some pictures of Matt when he won first place in the light heavyweight division at the North American Bodybuilding Championship in Tijuana, Mexico along with a few others from that trip. His mom and his Beth flew in for the show. We all had a great time with Matt. Nothing but great memories. It is so sad Matt is gone but may his memory live on forever.

Oh wow, shocked to see Matt's name in this context. So sorry to hear of his passing. I competed against Matt...he won the Teenage NE in 1991 (1st in lightweight, I was 2nd). Thereafter I'd see him at the old Gold's in Nashua when he came up to see Kevin who helped with his diet getting ready for Nationals. I remember he looked awesome - told him he would win. of course he did.
Just sad to hear of his passing....far too young to move on. RIP Matt.
