Preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Rosetta Miller, John and Mary Richter; aunts Cande and Jackie.
Survived by loving parents Rick and Janel Richter; siblings Amy Richter (Paul) and John (April) Richter; nephew Vincent; nieces Sophia, Kayla and Kira; many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Matt was a 2001 graduate of Champlin Park High School. He served 8 dutiful years in the MN Army National Guard. He was an avid guitar and harmonica player, lover of music and everything Blues. To know Matt was to love him. He will be missed by many!
Service 9/21/24 @ 11am Evans Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo with visitation 1 hour prior. Gathering afterwards at Osseo-MG American Legion.
Matt will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials preferred to NAMI (National Alliance Mental Illness).
