Matthew A. Robinson,16, of Troy, MO, passed away on December 31, 2023. He was born on January 25, 2007 in St. Louis, MO at DePaul Hospital. Matthew was a fun, loving young boy who was never afraid to speak his mind. He loved animals and spending time with his family and friends. Matthew enjoyed going on fishing trips with his father, uncle and cousins. He enjoyed life; lakes, rivers and riding four wheelers, all of the things that most young boys do. Matthew was a student at the New Horizon School in Troy, MO. Matthew was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Brian Robinson of Troy, MO, mother, Amy (Paul) Sawyer of O'Fallon, MO, brother, Michael Divinny of Florida, sister, Tylie of Ozark, MO, Great-grandmother, Peggy Marlatt, Floyd and Brenda Robinson of Troy, MO and grandparents; Tina and Steve Marlatt of Wentville, MO, aunts and uncles; Tammy (Don) Kirkendall of Troy, MO, Shelly Robinson of Troy, MO, Denise Robinson of Silex, MO, Jessica Beatty of Troy, MO,Dawn Divinny-Johnson of Lake St. Louis, MO, Tamara Wiechens of Wentzville, MO and Steve Marlatt Jr. of Moscow Mills, MO, Patrica Ferguson and Kim Folson of Licking, MO and Deanna Whitaker of Washington, MO, cousins; Kristie Rundel of Troy, MO, Sondra (Chris) Chavez of Los Angeles, CA, Luke (Brook) Clark of Silex, MO, Shyla Conover of Troy, MO, Levi Conover of Troy, MO and Lethia Beatty of Troy, MO.
Matthew was preceded in death by his cousin, Kenneth Beatty, Great-grandparents; Melvin and Deloris Carver of Bellflower, CA and Grandma, Jean Divinny.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 11 a.m- 1:00 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes 1304 Boone Street Troy, MO 63379
Memorial Service – will also be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. John Thrower to officiate.
