Maura A. Cloherty

CLOHERTY, Maura A. Age 81, of West Roxbury and Dedham MA, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on December 18, 2023. Born on March 4, 1942 in Costelloe, County Galway, Ireland to Thomas Cloherty and Bridget (Larkin) Cloherty. Maura was a long time employee at City of Boston Election Department. She loved dancing, Irish music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Survived by her devoted children, David Flynn and his wife Eileen of Dedham MA, Elaine Healy and her husband Dennis of Walpole MA, predeceased by Edmond Flynn formerly of West Roxbury MA, Kevin Flynn of Walpole MA, Siobhan Clayton and her husband Wayne of Millis MA, and John Flynn and his wife Sheena of Providence, RI.
Maura also leaves her brother Joseph Cloherty and his wife Ann of Milton MA, and sisters Margaret Walsh of Dorchester MA, Bridget Curtin of Westwood MA, Barbara Quinn and her husband Robert of Marshfield MA, Pauline Davy of Hanover MA, many nieces and nephews and 17 grandchildren.
