Benson, NC: Mr. Max Edward Denning, age 66, of Denning Road passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024 at his residence.
Mr. Denning was born on November 12, 1958 in Harnett County to the late Joseph Edward and Barbara Jean Whittington Denning. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Hunter Mark Denning and sister, Jean Ellen Beasley. He was a farmer and owned and operated his own agriculture equipment business, Equipmax.
Survivors include his wife Sheila Denning; sons, Jordan Denning and wife Brittany and Barrett Denning and wife, Tonya; daughter, Lena Denning; grandchildren, Lexi Denning, Peyton Denning, and Lanie Denning; sister, Jo Carol Hudson and husband Keith; brother, Andrew Denning and wife, Leslie; special friend, Patty Packard; brother-in-law, Tommy Beasley; sister-in-law, Pam Denning; and many nieces and nephews.
