Maxine Laverne Henshaw passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025.

Maxine was born on Wednesday, July 4, 1934 in Davenport, Oklahoma to Carl and Stella (Carter) Doughty. She attended Davenport Schools. Maxine married Calvin Henshaw in Davenport on July 12, 1952. They were married 54 years until his passing in 2007. Maxine enjoyed her time at home taking care of their 3 children. When she had free time she liked to sew and quilt. Maxine treasured her memories with family, especially her grandchildren. Maxine’s kindness and loving nature will be greatly missed.

Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Henshaw; her daughter Dana Winiecke; her granddaughter Devin Winiecke; her parents Carl and Stella Doughty; as well her siblings.

Maxine is survived by her sons Dan Henshaw and his wife Tina and Terry Henshaw and his wife Danielle; her grandchildren Renee Collier, Scott Henshaw, Ann Miller, Tara Henshaw; and Laurie Winiecke, her great grandchildren Robert, Gabriel, Christopher, Creed, Charlee and Jenna; also by extended family and friends.

No services will be held at this time.
