Maxine Rae (Young) Rasmussen, 81, wife of Harold Rasmussen and a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023 at her residence.
A public celebration of life will be held on November 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Parish House of Hungars Episcopal Church.
