Maxine Watts, 85, of Baltimore, OH, went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 21, 2025.

She was born on March 1, 1940 in Cabell County, WV. Maxine worked for 3M serving various roles throughout her 17 years with the company. She enjoyed bird watching, and crocheting. Maxine was a very talented seamstress.

Maxine is survived by her daughters Brenda S. Miller and Tina D. (Lowell) Clugston; grandchildren Charles (Lauren), William and Taci (Josh); great grandchildren Aubrey and Emmett; sister Becky Mohler; brother Lando Mount; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Sim and Georgia (Weekly) Mount; husband William Delbert Watts; brothers Max, James, and Doug Mount; as well as other family members.

Family and friends may visit Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, 207 S. Main St. Baltimore, OH 43105 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 12 noon in the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, with Chaplin Mark Linn presiding. Burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
