Maynard F. Knudson
Born to eternal life on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, age 86 years. Loving husband of Carol for 58 years. Dearest dad of Chuck (Marge) Knudson, Corinne (Matt) Maki, Tom (Shannon) Knudson and the late Mark "Frog" Knudson. Dearest grandpa of Shawn, Joel (Jill), Lily, Kate, Mark, Luke and Josie. Brother of Robert (the late Carol) Knudson. Preceded in death by his parents Merle and Katherine Knudson; siblings, Mary Lou and Frank. Dear friend of Douglas and Rosemary Mrozak and J. Harvey. Further survived by other family and friends.
Maynard was a U.S. Army veteran, a retiree of Maynard Steel and a dedicated Boy Scout leader. He will be remembered for his knowledge and experience of "T's", and will be missed by members of the Milwaukee Model "T" Club. A heartfelt thank you to the staffs of the Zablocki VA Medical Center and Home Instead for your tender care for Maynard and also to our neighbors and friends for your love and support.
Memorial Visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday, June 2, 2025, 5:00-7:00 PM, a Time of Sharing at 7:00 PM. Additional visitation on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, 10:00-11:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 3635 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue, Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Military Honors to follow. Private iunurnment.
