Meghan Irene Habisch, 42, of Vadnais Heights, MN, passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2025, due to a medical-related issue.
Meghan was born on April 20, 1982, to Arthur and Kathy Herkenhoff. The seventh of nine siblings, Meghan was proud to have grown up with a close-knit family.
Meghan and Marty grew up in the same town. They were married in June of 2004. They built a life together and were blessed with three beautiful daughters.
Of all the roles Meghan filled in her life, none brought her greater happiness than being a mother. Her daughters were her pride and joy, and her love for them knew no bounds.
She had a profound love for all children, both born and unborn, and was dedicated to nurturing them in every way she could. Her life was a true reflection of compassion and selflessness.
Meghan was deeply rooted in her Catholic faith and passionate about sharing the message of Jesus with others. Her unwavering devotion continues to be a source of inspiration to all.
Meghan was a light in this world. Her infectious smile and kindness left a lasting impression on all who crossed her path. She never missed a chance to say "I love you," and her generous heart was always ready to serve others. Meghan was the dancing queen of her family-always the first on the dance floor and the last to leave.
Meghan will be forever remembered as a loving wife, devoted mother, beloved daughter and sister, cherished aunt, and faithful friend. Her legacy of love, faith, and joy will live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.
She is preceded in death by her infant child Finley, her father Arthur, and her father-in-law Boz Castor. Meghan is survived by her husband Marty; children Kaitlyn, Simone and Olivia; mother Kathleen Herkenhoff; mother-in-law Terri Habisch; father-in-law Dennis Habisch; siblings Anne (Todd) Olund; Mary (Matt) Mattheisen, Bridget (Jim) Thauwald, Laureen (Jason) Cornelius; Joe Herkenhoff; Katie (Ryan) Wrobel; Phillip Herkenhoff; and Elizabeth (Bob) Rustad; sister-in-law Jamie (Greg) Whiteman; sister-in-law Hollie (Vishal) Sookhai; brother-in-law Garry (Lisa) Habisch; she is also survived by many, many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
