Melanie Denise Stapleton-Zarobsky, 52, was the beloved granddaughter to the late Anna J. Koch and the late Martha Olinger, cherished daughter of Joyce and the late Dean Koch, loving mother of Michael (Kayla) Stapleton, Jr. and Matthew Stapleton, proud grandmother of Dean, Ava, and Bo, dear sister to James (Ronica) Koch and Marnie (Erik) Massey, fond aunt of Jade, Graycie, and Sofia Koch, Rebecca, and Lyla Massey, niece, cousin and friend to so many, and missed by all.
Melanie's services will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m., located at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 South Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois 60487. A funeral service will take place at 5:00 p.m. that evening.
In honor of Melanie's life and legacy, the family kindly asks that contributions be made as flowers or monetary donations to help with her memorial services and future internment. Your support during this difficult time is deeply appreciated and will ensure we can celebrate her life with the love and care she gave to so many. There will be a donation box located at the funeral home that will go directly to Michael and Matt for Mel's funeral services.
Your kindness and generosity in remembering Melanie mean the world to us. Thank you for helping us honor her memory.
