Melissa Ann Buxton

Melissa "Isha" Buxton Garley, age 42, of Belen, New Mexico, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 14, 2022. Melissa was a member of the Legacy Church. She was an animal lover who loved all creatures, big and small. She enjoyed taking in strays. With her huge heart, she'd heal their injuries and show them lots of love. Melissa is preceded in passing by her father, Willie Garley; grandpa, Salo Gonzales; cousin, Richie Gonzales; and grandma, Rose Buxton. She is survived by her loving pets, Munchy, Flora, and Pico; her partner, Troy Morales; mother, Polly Padilla (Jessie), Elijah and Ezra; brothers, Daniel Garley ( Elisha, Mason, Zephania, Darren); Nick Garley ( Frances, Audrianna, Isaac); Cameron Garley and wife Sofia; her favorite uncle, Randy Garley; grandma, Odie Gonzales; aunties, Crissy (Tommy); Auntie Sara (David) and Candace; auntie Carmen, Jackie, Layla and Carlos; uncle Paul (Luella & Tyler); cousins, Frankie (Sarah & Kids), Juju (Gabe & kids), Boogie (Ashley & Kids); auntie Carmen & Manuel Garley as well as the rest of the Garley Family including aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends. She also leaves behind her father, Bruce Buxton. Melissa will be truly missed by those who knew and loved her. There will be no services held for Melissa.
