Melissa Renner, AKA Big Momma and Nana, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 6, 2026, leaving behind her husband, Timothy Renner, two sons, Jimmy Weaver and Jonathan Weaver, along with her six grandkids, Jacob, Nevaeh, Emmah, Ladonna, Hunter and Walker Weaver, her sister, Becky Wilson, her brother, Al Wilson, along with her nieces and nephews. She was reunited with her son, Christopher, her mom and dad, Alver and Mary Wilson, along with her brother, James Wilson, and her sister, Tina Wilson. She was beloved by so many people and touched countless others, always willing to do her best to help others and make others happy when they felt down. Trying to make the most out of every situation.
Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Cremation Society of SC - Westville Funerals 6010 White Horse Rd. Greenville, SC 29611 in the Chapel with graveside services following at Hardin Cemetery, 6010 Greer Hwy, Cleveland, SC 29635.
Go rest high on the mountain and play the card games you really loved and watch over everyone you surely will be missed. Love you always.
