Melody A. Forkum, age 77, of Dover, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
She was born on April 23, 1948, in Canton, to the late Floyd and Joan Espenshied Forkum. She is survived by her son, Brian (Lori) Forkum of Dover, and her brother, Gary (Vivian) Forkum of Perry Township. In addition to her parents, her brother, Rhett Forkum, precedes her in death.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory in Dover. In keeping with Melody’s wishes, there are no calling hours or services. Please visit the funeral home’s website to sign an online guestboook for Melody.
