Devoted father of Doug (Debbie) Shepherd and Nicole Shepherd.
Proud grandfather of Jim, Gabriella, Jackson, late Lola and Charlie.
Adored great-grandfather of Mac.
Dear son of the late Darwin and Micki Shepherd.
Adored brother of Ted Shepherd, Barbara (Tommy) Bosio and Alma Shepherd.
Retired after 42 years as an engineer with Norfolk & Southern Railroad and Metra Railway.
Dwaine was an avid golfer and loved wintering in Cozumel for over 35 years.
Memorial visitation Saturday, August 2, 2025, 12:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL.
Interment private
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 would be appreciated.
