A native of Hartford, CT, Mr. Edmonston was the son of the late Mervin Brook and Marvina Bonham Edmonston. He retired from Law Enforcement and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He served during Vietnam as a E5 Sergeant and was a member of the Walhalla American Legion Post #124. Mr. Edmonston was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Edmonston is survived by his sons: Dean B. Edmonston (Ginna) and Michael Flaker Edmonston (Francis); sister: Patricia Smith of Colorado; and grandchildren: Tyler and Deena Flaker and Ryan Garcia.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 27, 2025, at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veteran's Cemetery.
Flowers are accepted.
