Micaela Villacis

Micaela Villacis was born on December 26, 1942, in Monterrey, Mexico, and passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026 in Buda, Texas.

Micaela was daughter to Manuel and Manuela Delgado and was raised in San Antonio, Texas. She attended East Central High School graduating in 1962. She married Galo M. Villacis in San Antonio, Texas. She worked for the Air Force and served in the Naval Reserves.

Micaela is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Manuela Delgado, her brothers, Naun Delgado, Arthur Delgado and sister, Imelda Bamberry, the father of her children, Galo Villacis, and her partner, Curtis Ray.

Micaela is survived by her daughter, Michelle and Anthony Thompson, son, Mark and Lisa Villacis, brother, Manuel Delgado, sisters, Rosie Watts, Mary Gaitan, and Gloria Leatherwood, grandchildren, Alex Villacis, Andrew Villacis, Joseph Herrera, Emilia Villacis, Bash Villacis, and many nieces and nephews.

Rosary will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 28th at Amazing Grace Chapel in San Antonio, Texas. Mass will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Father Herb Jones of Mission San Juan Capistrano, officiating. Burial will follow at Mission Park South Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas. Arrangements were made by Robert Falcon, of Affordable Burial & Cremation Funeral Service in Austin, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Michael Delgado, Manuel Delgado, Melissa Delgado and Joseph Herrera.
