Micah David Simcik, 40, passed away on June 30, 2025, at his home in Racine, WI. He was born on October 11, 1984, in New Britain, CT, to Pamalene and Ronald Simcik.
Micah is survived by his father, Ronald (Gloria) Simcik, of Van Alstyne, TX; his sister, Deidrah (Simcik) Goldoff, of Sun Prairie, WI; his brother, Jeremiah (Andrea) Simcik, of Monroe, NC; beloved nieces and nephews: Sanorah and Orchid Goldoff, and Noelle, Aeden, Jedidiah, Judah, and Clairah Simcik; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamalene Joyce (Worden) Simcik, of Racine, WI.
As a youth, Micah had a boundless imagination and enjoyed soccer, football, scouting, and fishing. He graduated from Washington Park High School (Class of 2003) and later earned an associate degree from Gateway Technical College. In his professional life, he found satisfaction in fixing machines and processes, taking great pride in improving efficiency and ensuring safety.
Those who knew Micah will always remember his big heart. He lived by a well-contemplated philosophy of compassionate service to others. He wholeheartedly embraced his role as "Epic Uncle Micah," becoming a steady source of love and support for his nieces and nephews. He selflessly gave his time and resources to help those in need.
A celebration of Micah’s life will be held on July 12 at 10 a.m. at Old Settler’s Park. Guests are encouraged to bring loved ones and their best memories of Micah.
The nightly ceremony in Washington, D.C. will be dedicated in honor of your loved one on the day of your choosing.
