Michael Christopher Adams, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at his home in Brighton, Massachusetts. Born on December 11, 1988, in Milford, Massachusetts, he was the beloved son of Marshall H. Adams and Margaret A. (Brady) White.
Mike spent his early childhood in Franklin before moving to Walpole at the age of six. He was an energetic and enthusiastic young man with a passion for sports, including football, hockey, baseball, lacrosse, golf and skiing. He graduated with the Class of 2007 from Walpole High School and graduated with a degree in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. He later attended law school for a year.
A true cinephile, Mike had a deep appreciation for film. He loved analyzing storylines and characters, often crafting his own rankings of his favorite movies. He was even cast as an extra in The Departed, a memory he cherished. More recently, Mike made his home in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, embracing all the city had to offer-catching Red Sox games at Fenway Park and making trips to Castle Island for a hot dog at Sullivan’s. He enjoyed finding new restaurants in all parts of the city to dine at with friends and family.
Mike had an infectious sense of humor and an easy charm that drew people to him. He had a unique gift for making others laugh and formed connections with everyone he met.
He is the beloved son of Marshall H. Adams of Franklin and Peg White and her husband, Tom, of Walpole. Loving brother of Megan E. Adams and her wife, Hannah, of Kissimmee, Florida; Amanda Adams Biocchi and her husband, Peter, also of Kissimmee; and stepbrother of Thomas M. White and his wife, Ashley, of Downers Grove, Illinois, and Susan E. White of East Walpole. He was a cherished uncle to Charlotte, Thomas, and Matthew. Mike was the devoted grandson of the late Harry E. and Ann (Speth) Adams and Bernard E. and Kathleen M. (Hegarty) Brady. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
At the request of Mike's family, all funeral services will be private, with interment taking place at Saint Francis Cemetery in Walpole.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mike's name may be made to the Turning Point Recovery Support Center of Walpole, 32 Common Street, Walpole MA 02081.
