Michael Bargas Obituary
Mikie was born on January 16, 1982, to parents Andrew Bargas, Jr. and Rebecca Bargas in Temple, Texas. He was a loving brother and son, known for his big heart and willingness to help anyone in need. Mikie's love for his family was paramount in his life.
He was an avid movie enthusiast and found great joy in watching films. His favorite book in the Bible was Job, and he often found solace and inspiration in its pages as he could relate. Mikie had a special bond with his sister, often getting a kick out of picking on her.
Gifted with a natural talent for fixing things, Mikie could repair just about anything and was known for his intelligence and resourcefulness in this area. He had a knack for making people laugh, always ready with a joke or a witty comeback.
Mikie had a deep affection for his dogs, enjoying their walks together, and sometimes they would end up walking him. Recently, he rescued a cat, whom he lovingly named Kitty Kat, and took great care in nurturing and saving the kitten.
Mikie's generous spirit, humor, and love for his family and friends will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded by his father, Andrew Bargas, Jr., and sister, Dana Casey.
Survivors include his mother, Rebecca Bargas, sister, Christina Bargas-Leza, nephews, Jerome Ponce, and Jaydon Zayne Leza, and nieces, Gabrielle Vriseno, and Clarissa Collins.
A time of visitation will be held from 5:30 – 7:30 pm Friday, July 19, 2024, at the funeral home.
