Mike is survived by his loving family including wife, Sandy Bernhardt; daughter, Richelle (Kris) Kline; sons, Eric (Alicia) Bernhardt, Lanny (Justina) Angus, and Brandon (Donna) Angus; nine beautiful grandchildren, Ethan Bernhardt, Elliot Bernhardt, Scarlet Houck, Sabrina Houck, Sofia Houck, Ryan Angus, Kara Angus, Gianna Angus, and Christina Angus; brothers, Robert (Nita) Bernhardt and William (Barbara) Bernhardt; as well as many wonderful lifetime friends.
Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Lamiell Funeral Home, 1353 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Canton, with the service following at 12:00 PM. Pastor Anders Davidson and Vicar Noah Burmester will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Canton.
Our family will be forever grateful for the kindness, compassion, and amazing care provided by Crossroads Hospice.
Grief is the price we pay for love, but always a price worth paying. Rest in peace with Jesus dear husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. You will remain in our hearts until we meet again in Heaven.

To Sandy and Family,
Always remember going to Camp Tuscazoar, a pancake breakfast and a long walk. Mike made sure to take us when we could take the Dover Dam tour which my Dad always dreamed of. It was a fond memory for all! Thanks for many memories! Jeff, Rena, Justin and Don Hamilton.
