Michael S. "Mike" Bisson

Michael "Mike" S. Bisson, 56, of Barrington, NH, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
Born on December 10, 1968, to Donald Bisson and Joan Nisbet, Mike built a life rooted in family, hard work, and a love for the outdoors. He dedicated his life to helping others as a coach and mentor throughout the years.
Above all, Mike was a devoted father to his greatest joys, Haley and Cameron Bisson. He took immense pride in raising them and was a supportive presence in their lives, especially as a coach for their hockey and baseball teams.
Mike found happiness in nature, whether ice fishing, hunting, golfing, or cruising throughout New England on his motorcycle. An avid hockey fan, he cherished both playing and watching the sport. At home, he enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his beloved dogs, Pheobe, Emmy and Alie.
Along with his father, Mike is predeceased by step-father, Richard "Dick" Nisbet and his step-mother, Claire Bisson.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Haley Bisson and Cameron Bisson and their mother, Kim Bisson; mother, Joan Nisbet; brother, Darrin Bisson and his wife, Jennifer; and a host of extended family members and friends.
A wake will be held in Mike's honor on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Tasker Funeral Home 621 Central Ave, Dover NH. A Funeral Mass will follow on Wednesday, April 9th @ 10:30 AM at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish - St. Martin Church, 120 Maple St, Somersworth, NH 03878.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
Mike's presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
