Michael Ronald Boback

Michael Ronald Boback, 39, of St. Augustine, passed away on March 23, 2023. He was born in Pompton Plains, NJ and moved to Palm Coast when he was 5 years old. Michael graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School with the class of 2002. Mike's life was music. His bands included Chuck Taylor's All Stars, Pristine Drive, Murray Motion and Miracle Camp (Spotify links available below) among others. Mike's talent was great enough to play at prestigious venues such as CBGB's in NYC and House of Blues in Orlando. He loved his family and friends very much and will also be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor. He was one of a kind and truly lit up any room he entered, and made friends everywhere he went.
He is survived by his parents, John E. Boback Sr. and Robyn Boback; brother, John Boback, Jr, (Rylee); niece, Juniper Ann. He is survived by his Maternal grandparents, Ronald and Patricia Vath; Maternal Aunts-Sharon Nann (Ken) and Sheryl Pozzuoli (Joseph). He is also survived by his Paternal Aunts Barbara Matulj and Mary Sisto (Sal) and his beloved chiweenie, Stanley. He was also predeceased by his Paternal Grandparents Jack & Bernardine Boback and Uncle Walter Boback. He also had many cousins on both sides of the family who he grew up with and loved dearly.
A visitation celebrating his life will be held from 1pm 2pm on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at St. Johns Family Funeral Home at 385 St. Road 207, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. A short service with Deacon George Murati officiating and others speaking about Mike will begin at 2pm ending at 3pm.
