Visitation Monday, December 22nd, 3:00pm - 9:00 pm with a service at 3:30 pm at Colonial Wojciechowski Funeral Home 8025 W. Golf Rd. (1/2 mile East of Milwaukee Ave.) Niles, IL. Cremation will be private after his service.
In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.
