Michael Buria Obituary

Michael was a carpenter after high school and was a member of Union 606. In his spare time, he would be out in the garage wood working and repurposing things. He enjoyed racing cars and raced during the 60s-70s. He enjoyed watching sprint cars and was a classic cars fan. He liked to cruise around in old cars and attend car shows. Michael had a good sense of humor, easy-going, generous and supportive, and a hard worker. He always put his family first. When the kids were younger, he trapped with them. He was also a die-hard Vikings fan.
Michael is survived by his children, Scott (Nikki Lindrud), Michele Stillwell, and Bradley (Melissa); his daughter-in-law, Lisa Buria; his sister, Beverly (Keith) Colcleugh; his grandchildren, Dylan, Daniel, Katie, Caitlyn, Miah, and Andrew; his great-grandchildren; Lilly and Dax; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Juanita Buria; his son, Barry Buria; and his brothers, James, David, and Steve Buria.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Buhl-Kinney Senior Citizens Center on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM.
