Michael A Catalano, 44, of Syracuse, has joined the other angels in heaven on September 21, 2024 at his home. Michael was born in Syracuse, NY on September 6, 1980 son of Phyllis Misius (Kemp Catalano) and James Catalano. Michael went to Liverpool Schools and attended BOCES for auto mechanics. He had many work experiences throughout the years, including auto technician for several auto dealerships, Twin Trees in Bayberry as a driver and was a security guard until he could no longer work. Mike had many interests such as wrestling, collecting match box cars- mostly Fords and he had a love for dinosaurs in which he has a Jurassic Park tattoo on his right arm to prove it.
Mike also loved playing videos games and being on social media sites. He was very kind and loving man who could bring a smile to everyone's face. He would help anyone he could in their time of need. Michael had a love of cats, he was an avid TV show watcher including the Cooking Channel and Live PD. The Lord needed a special angel and he chose Michael.
He is survived by mother, Phyllis Misuis, step father Donald Misius, 3 sisters, Rosemary Catalano, Denise Haynes, Theresa Jipson, many nieces, nephews, his 3 uncles, Bill Kemp, Keith Kemp, Rick Kemp, who have all been very supportive & loved Michael.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday October 1, 2024 at Twin Trees, Bayberry from 3-5pm.
