Michael Chirrick, born in Los Angeles California, passed away on Saturday 26th of April 2025 at the age of 73, while he was hospitalized in Springfield Mo.
Mike was born into one of the most prominent family of jugglers. His mother Lottie Brunn, acclaimed as one of the fastest female juggler of her time, his father Ted was a circus ringmaster, and his uncle Francis Brunn also a legendary figure in the juggling world.
Michael became a professional juggler and an exceptional performer; and at a very young age 18 years old, he was already working with the Harlem globetrotters, touring with them for 7 seasons.
Michael worked and performed over 100 countries and most of the 50 states in United States.
Michael did a special show for Paul McCartney's birthday party; he performed in different occasions with Debbie Reynolds; appeared in the Dinan show TV; also performed in the International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo; worked in cruises ships, and when he moved to Branson, he worked in shows like: Branson Show Boat; Kirby Vun Burch Magic show, Amazing Pets, Circus Montage, Janice Martin show, and many other shows joined with his friends Blake Walker, Angela Sherrill, Peggy Lee Brennan. After retired, Michael kept working in shows for private companies and family celebrations; including his last show a few days before his death.
Mike loved all animals, rescued turtles, fed ducks and geese from our backyard, adopted dogs that didn't have homes.
He was a very good husband and a honest man.
Diana Chirrick his wife and two aunts; Jutta and Anni and all his fans and friends will miss Him deeply.
Arrangements were under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
