Michael R. Clark, 88, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026 at Baptist Health Floyd in

New Albany, IN. He was born September 19, 1937 in Louisville, KY the son of George Bernard Clark, Sr. and Sally Louise Clark. He was a shop foreman at Yellow Cab for 38 years, was a custodian at Indiana University Southeast for 9 years, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon and was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Millie Clark, a son, Shelby Stidham and 2 brothers George Bernard Clark, Jr. and Thomas Clark. He is survived by sons, Michael Clark, Jr. (Sandra) of New Salisbury, IN, Joe Clark (Angie) of Corydon, IN; daughters, Brenda Bozynski (Richard) of Crandall, IN, Linda Lee (Bob) of Corydon, IN, and Veronica Stidham of Lexington, KY; brother, Robert Clark (Sandy) of Georgetown, IN; sister, Shirley Beatrice Slucher of New Salisbury, IN and 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon, IN. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Father Kyle Rodden will be the celebrant. Visitation will be from 12 PM to 7 PM Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and again on Wednesday, from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN.
