Michael Alan Damone

Michael Alan Damone was born November 1, 1955 in Beaufort, South Carolina. He lived the majority of his adult life in the Greenville area and passed away on June 3, 2025.
Michael is preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Damone, his father Angelo "Dee" Damone, his mother Doris Damone, sister Theresa Damone and half-brother Daryl Damone.
Mike spent his career as an auto technician at various garages around Greenville and Ayden. He has always loved fast cars and spent many years as a kid hanging out at Mr. Power's garage in Greenville learning everything he could, which served him well as his career. Outside of cars his hobbies including fishing with his son(s), friends, hunting,and hanging at the river with his friends when his health would allow.
Mike leaves behind his son Christopher Damone, wife Shaylah and grandchildren Riley and Logan Damone. His half sister Amy Damone-Hammac, and stepmom Carol Klingenschmidt Damone. His lifetime friends Pat and Wayne Elks, and many others who deeply cared for him. He also leaves behind his significant other Betsy Boyd.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
