He took immense pride in his vocation, cherishing the opportunity to labor outdoors, weaving together his two great loves—work and nature.

Beyond the realms of his career, Michael found joy and solace in the simplicity of life’s pleasures. Fishing and camping were not merely pastimes; they were the pursuits that allowed him to connect with both the natural world and his loved ones. Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Paulette; his devoted daughters, Nikki and Jacqueline; and his treasured stepchildren, Sarah and Clement John. He also leaves behind his mother, Shirley, and his stepfather, Earl, alongside his cherished sisters, Leslie and Cynde. His legacy continues through a multitude of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, who will carry forth the lessons of hard work and dedication he imparted throughout his life.

He has been reunited in spirit with his father Avon, sister Christie, and son Michael, who have gone before him. Their memories will forever intertwine with his, forming an inseparable bond across the dimensions of life and eternity.
