Michael Joseph Dunphy, a longtime resident of Warwick, NY, passed away unexpectedly on April 25, 2025. He was 31 years old.
Born in Queens, NY, on January 1, 1994, he was the son of Caroline (Kuehner) and Michael R. Dunphy.
Michael was a graduate of Warwick Valley High School. He then graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Michael loved snowboarding and lived in Colorado for a while, feeding that passion. He was also a big sports fan, following his favorite teams, the Mets, Devils and the Giants. He enjoyed playing soccer and golf. He was also a gamer, spending time playing with and against his brother, cousins, and friends in "friendly" competitions online. Michael had a love for dogs and he had a big heart when it came to his cousins and young children. All his brother's young friends idolized him growing up.
Michael is survived by his parents Michael R. and Caroline Dunphy; brother Christian; "Oma" Barbara Kuehner; Godparents; many aunts and uncles; and many, many cousins and friends.
