It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mike Elick, who died peacefully on November 5, 2025, at the age of 77.
Mike proudly served his country as a Vietnam War veteran, a chapter in his life that defined his commitment and patriotism. After his service in the U.S. Army, he dedicated himself to his family, becoming a source of strength and love for those closest to him. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Kathy, their devoted son, Jason, and Jason's wife, Valerie. Mike is also survived by his greatest joys in recent years, his three cherished grandchildren: Alyssa, Alex, and Dylan, who brought immense light and laughter into his life. He took great pride in their accomplishments and treasured every moment spent with them. He is also survived by his mother Gail, his brother Pat, and Pat's wife Maryann.
Mike had a love of football, military history, and fishing (especially with his grandchildren). Mike will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a courageous veteran. His spirit and generosity will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
