Born in Greenville, SC he was the son of the late Douglas Bolt "Big Daddy" Freeman, and late Mary Helen Nalley Taylor.
Survivors: wife, Toni Jo Bagwell Freeman of the home, a daughter Brandy Michelle Freeman Wzorek (Chris); a son Michael "Mickey" Douglas Freeman Jr. (Melissa); six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. A sister Nancy Freeman Thompson and one nephew.
No services will be held
The family will be at their respective homes.
