Michael Fritts Obituary
The family moved to Charlotte in 1984 where he started first grade at Rama Road Elementary. He attended Central Piedmont Community College and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
He was employed by Central Piedmont Community College as a Web Developer. His knowledge about computers made him the family "techie".
Michael was passionate about film and Team McLaren formula racing. He was an avid reader and music fan, loved the beach, and enjoyed tinkering with his car.
His love of life, family, and friends is evident in his many long-standing friendships and relationships. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his mother, Christine Fritts; brother Jonathan Fritts (Melissa), sisters Lee Ann Fritts and Paula Fritts Brown, as well as uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Friends may call at Tribute & Tallent Funeral Home, 1937 North Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte NC on Saturday, February 15, at 10:00 AM, with a service to be held at 11:00 AM.

I had spent time with Michael Fritts before, and he was always so kind and welcoming. He had a way of making everyone feel cared for and valued. Michael loved working on his car, a passion that truly defined him. Rest in peace, Michael Fritts. Your memory will always be cherished.

Mikael and I often talked outside of our duties at CPCC and just geeked out about the world and events - I sit here shocked and saddened by the news of his passing and just in prayer for his family.

I didn't get to know Mikael as well as I would have liked to, but his warmth, perseverance, and generosity of spirit left a lasting impression on me, and I was proud to call myself his friend. He deserved much more time here and will be dearly missed by many.
