Michael Goles Obituary
Michael A. Goles, 58, of Elk Grove Village, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025. He was born in Chicago on September 2, 1966, the son of Michael J. and Penny Goles.
Michael was a proud union sheet metal worker for more than 30 years. Known for his generosity, he would do anything for anyone and loved lending a hand whenever he could. He was an avid fisherman and pheasant hunter who cherished time outdoors. Michael also had a knack for finding the best food spots and enjoyed sharing them with family and friends.
Those who knew him will remember him as a loving uncle, a caring brother, and a wonderful friend.
Michael will be deeply missed by his mother, Penny; his brother, Daniel (Donna); nieces and nephews, Anthony, Aaron, and Jordan; aunt, Carol Altieri; cousins, Shari (Joe), Jan (Guy), Laurette (Kenny), and Lynnette (Michael), and Nicholas; as well as Gwenie and Christian, who were like children to him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael J. Goles.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
