Michael R. Gordon, age 60 of Brunswick, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023. Beloved son of Wanda Gordon Way and the late Floyd Gordon; stepson of Norman W. Way; loving brother of Lisa Ginn (Gary); cherished uncle of Erika Ginn (Justin) and Destini Adams (Collin); great uncle of Asher; nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Mike loved his family and friends above all else. He was an avid Browns fan and enjoyed watching the games with those around him. Those who knew him could always count on him. He was always willing to lend a helping hand when one was needed and always willing to go the extra mile for those he loved. He enjoyed the many friendships he made in his lifetime and held those close to him. Mike adored his pets, even when they stole the bed and barked at everyone who came through the door. Another known fact about Mike was that he especially liked receiving a Speedway gift card, so he could take a drive in the Chevy to get a coffee. He carried on the family tradition of driving to Amish country the last Friday of each month to pick up something special for everyone. Mike enjoyed the many trips he took with great company and all the wonderful items he would bring back and share with others. Mike is dearly missed but the memories of him will always come with a smile and be cherished forever.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Alcoholics Anonymous Cleveland District Office, 1557 St. Clair Ave. NE, Cleveland, OH 44114 or www.aacle.org.
Family will receive friends from 3-5pm on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129.
