Passed away on September 19, 2024. Preceded in death by parents, Kenneth & Adeline; brother, Gerald. Survived by loving wife and caregiver, Mary Bade; faithful pet, Bear; in-laws, Richard & Patricia Bade; sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Julie (Greg) Anderson, Tom (Bridget) Bade, Jeanne (Bill) Watson, & Ann (Jeff) Millerbernd; also nieces, nephews & friends.
Chief was a US Army Vietnam War Veteran. He worked for over 34 years at Andersen Windows. He was an avid hunter, a huge Vikings & Twins fan, and loved to ride his Harley.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held 4-7 pm with a Time of Sharing at 6 pm Tuesday, October 1st at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave, Inver Grove Heights. Interment 9:45 am Wednesday October 2nd at Fort Snelling National Cemetery (Assembly Lane #2). In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Vietnam Veterans of America https://vva.org/.

I worked with Mike for many years at Andersen´s. Mike really enjoyed duck hunting, riding his snowmobile during the season and playing team sports. My he rest in peace.
